At IskahWraps, we hope you love your order. If something isn’t quite right, please review our return and refund policy below.
30-DAY RETURN POLICY
In addition to your statutory rights, IskahWraps offers a voluntary 30-day return period.
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
To qualify under our voluntary return policy, the item must be returned in its original condition, unworn and unused, with tags attached where applicable, and in its original packaging. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

STATUTORY RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
If you are a consumer and your purchase is covered by EU/German consumer law, you generally have the statutory right to withdraw from your online purchase within 14 days without giving a reason.
For purchases of goods, the withdrawal period generally begins on the day on which you, or a third party designated by you who is not the carrier, receives the goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us clearly of your decision to withdraw from the contract before the withdrawal period expires.

You may use the model withdrawal form provided below, but using the form is not mandatory.
Where applicable, you may also exercise your right of withdrawal using the electronic withdrawal function available on our website.
RETURNING GOODS AFTER WITHDRAWAL
After informing us of your withdrawal, you must return the goods without undue delay and no later than 14 days after notifying us of your decision to withdraw.
You are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods unless the item is defective, damaged, incorrect, or we have expressly agreed to cover the return costs.
We recommend keeping proof of postage until your return and refund have been completed.
REFUNDS FOLLOWING A STATUTORY WITHDRAWAL
If you validly exercise your statutory right of withdrawal, we will reimburse the payments received from you, including the cost of our least expensive standard delivery option.
If you selected a more expensive delivery option, such as express shipping, we are not required to reimburse the additional amount above the cost of our least expensive standard delivery option.
Refunds will generally be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the returned goods or until you provide evidence that you have sent the goods back, whichever occurs first.
You may be responsible for any loss in value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.
DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ITEMS

Please include your order number and, where possible, photographs showing the issue.
We will review the issue and provide you with the appropriate solution.
If the return is required because of a defective, damaged or incorrect item, you will not be responsible for the return shipping costs.
EXCEPTIONS / NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Certain goods may be excluded from the statutory right of withdrawal where an exclusion permitted by law applies.
This may include certain sealed goods that are unsuitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons if the seal has been removed after delivery.
Please contact us if you have questions about whether a particular item can be returned.
Gift cards are not eligible for return under our voluntary 30-day return policy, subject to any mandatory statutory rights that may apply.

Where appropriate, the quickest way to receive another item may be to return the original item and place a new order separately.
REFUNDS UNDER OUR VOLUNTARY 30-DAY RETURN POLICY
Once we receive and inspect a return made under our voluntary 30-day return policy, we will notify you whether the return has been accepted.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Please remember that your bank or payment provider may require additional time to process and display the refund.
Our voluntary 30-day return policy does not limit or affect your statutory consumer rights.
