ORDER PROCESSING
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been confirmed.
Orders are not normally processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information where available.
Please note that the delivery estimates below apply after your order has been processed and handed over to the carrier.

For orders shipped to the United Kingdom:

Orders shipped to the United Kingdom may be subject to import duties, taxes, customs charges or other fees imposed by the destination country. Unless otherwise stated at checkout, these charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Orders shipped outside the European Union may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, handling fees or other charges imposed by the destination country.
These charges are determined by the relevant customs authorities and are outside the control of IskahWraps.
Unless otherwise stated at checkout, customers are responsible for any applicable import duties, taxes or customs charges.
Customs procedures may also cause additional delivery delays.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Where tracking is available, you will receive tracking information after your order has been dispatched.
Please allow some time for the carrier's tracking system to update after your shipping label has been created.
DELIVERY TIMES AND DELAYS
All delivery times provided on our website are estimates and are not guaranteed.
Delays may occur due to customs processing, public holidays, weather conditions, carrier disruptions, high shipping volumes or other circumstances outside our control.

INCORRECT OR INCOMPLETE SHIPPING ADDRESSES
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address when placing an order.
Please check your delivery information carefully before completing your purchase.
If a parcel is returned to us because an incorrect or incomplete address was provided, additional shipping costs may apply before the order can be shipped again.
LOST OR DAMAGED PARCELS
Please inspect your order when it arrives.
If your parcel arrives damaged, or you believe your parcel has been lost during delivery, please contact us as soon as possible at:

Please include your order number and, where applicable, photographs of the parcel and damaged items.
We will review the issue and assist you with the appropriate next steps.
RETURNED OR UNCLAIMED PARCELS
If a parcel is returned to us because it was not collected, delivery was refused, or the carrier was unable to complete delivery, please contact us.
Additional shipping charges may apply if you request that the parcel be shipped again.
This does not affect any statutory rights you may have.
